Return and refund policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:
- Products must be in their original condition and carry the original labels and tags.
- Packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- Returned items must not show any signs of use.
Since our goods are shipped from either Asia or the USA, in case of a return, the return shipping will also be back to Asia or the USA, depending on where your item was originally shipped from.
Please note, if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we regret that we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our fault.
Always make sure your package is provided with a tracking code. Lost returns will not be refunded without a shipping proof with a tracking code. Return by post without a tracking code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will inform you via email about its receipt. Within 7 business days after processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
Order Cancellation
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are in the processing stage, and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
To cancel your order, please contact us at support@miheto.com after placing your order.
Returns are always at the sender's risk; return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Damaged item or wrong size?
If you received a damaged item or the wrong size (for example, you ordered a size S but received a size M), we will send you the correct item free of charge!
Please note that "wrong size" refers to receiving a different size than what you ordered, not whether the item fits you or not.
Refund
We typically refund our returns within 7 business days after receiving them.
