Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Shipping Your Order
Have you found the perfect look on our website? Then, of course, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:

  • Processing and production time until shipping: Please allow 1-4 business days for the processing and production of your order until the time of shipping.
  • Tracking Number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after the completion of processing and production. It takes approximately 1-5 days for the tracking number to appear on the tracking page.
  • Shipping Duration: All products require between 4 and 10 business days from the time of shipping. Shipping is free and is handled by DHL and similar shipping providers.
  • In exceptional situations, such as delays by the courier, the shipping time may be extended by up to 6 additional business days.

Once you have placed an order with us, you can see when your package will arrive after just a few days. You will receive your personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order through our tracking partner. You can learn how this works on our Track & Trace page.

Delivery of Your Order
When your order is delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, things can always go wrong. Do you want to exchange or return it? Go to the return and refund policy.

Defective Product?
That's very unfortunate! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always deliver a new package for free the first time and unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Does it go wrong the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.

To Order
The ordering process at Miheto.com is very simple. First, you need to go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. To do this, click on the "Add to Cart" button.

It is important here that you check if you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. On the information page, you need to enter the correct address details. Please make sure that all information is correct. If this information is correctly filled in, you can click on the "Continue to Shipping" button.

The "Shipping" page gives you the opportunity to check the entered address details again. It also indicates that every shipment is completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to Payment" button.

At the payment options, you have the choice between different payment methods. All payment options on Miheto.com are SSL-encrypted, which means that you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

Lost Package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with the refund and return. If the order has not been received 60 days after shipping, the order can be refunded.
